Over the past 15 years, we at EHS have attempted to distinguish ourselves as a customer-focused, privately held company that is in it for the long haul. We have been very fortunate during this period to become associated with a tremendous group of customers. As you are aware, our industry is facing some exciting and challenging times. In the vendor community, we have witnessed many changes with mergers and acquisitions of both private and public companies. Many of these mergers have left customers stranded with products that are being shelved or abandoned by the people who once supported them.
There has been much speculation as to what the future holds for EHS. Our board and management team remain committed to this industry and you -- our customers. As the industry evolves, we want to continue to strengthen our position for continued success and longevity. As part of this positioning, it is important to our team that the company name reflects the core values and mission of our company...to ultimately make our customers successful. Therefore, we are changing our name from EHS to SuccessEHS. We want you to know that although our company name is changing, the faces you are accustomed to and our core values remain the same.
