At SuccessEHS, our focus is on building a positive relationship with each client and working to meet their practice's unique needs. When collaborating with RECs (Regional Extension Centers), we strive to uphold the same standards for these relationships. As agreements are finalized, each REC is assigned an account manager to work closely with that REC and ensure that all needs are met, concerns are addressed, and so on.

Our commitment to helping all of our clients actualize success is evident in that these account managers assist their assigned clients with training setup, SuccessEHS University, software demonstrations, and uniquely-designed training plans to help each  REC meet Meaningful Use requirements. Additionally, the SuccessEHS Account Management team is responsible for the facilitation of REC roundtable discussions and is in the process of creating and scheduling an REC "boot camp."

Our team of dedicated Account Managers has created and implemented a successful REC process that is easily customized to meet each REC's unique needs, staff, goals and expectations. Our staff offers each REC a continuity of service and is present to help with any aspect of these operations. Training, implementation, and continued support is provided to each REC client to ensure that we are helping our REC clients achieve their goals of success.
