Support for Community Health Centers (CHCs)
Today, more than 1200 Community Health Centers provide essential primary care to over 18 million Americans who would otherwise face financial obstacles for access to healthcare.
Using SuccessEHS, these centers can now effectively administer and manage the primary care, dental, and behavioral health services and requirements to exceed federal and community-based healthcare initiatives.
SuccessEHS supports the following CHC features:
- Each CHC is Unique (and we treat them that way)
- Reporting and Billing
- Enterprise Patient Scheduling
- Health Disparities Collaborative and Lifestyles
- Dental Billing and Claims
- Ryan White Care Act
Each CHC Is Unique
SuccessEHS understands that each CHC is unique. Because of this, SuccessEHS is structured modularly, so that you can adopt programs at your own pace. You only pay for what you use, not what you aren’t ready for yet. A transition plan that meets your future clinical and financial objectives is essential for a successful engagement. SuccessEHS partners with you to identify those components critical to your growth, and then diligently works to help you reach your goals.
Reporting and Billing
SuccessEHS knows the exact reporting standards a CHC must meet, and knows that flexible UDS reporting is essential to providing the right data for these reports. SuccessEHS is ideally suited to the particular needs of a CHC. From performing household assessments to producing FQHC billing and reporting, SuccessEHS' benefits are second to none. Administrators are able to sift through the collected data and furnish those required metrics using Business Objects.
Enterprise Patient Scheduling
A CHC isn’t limited to just one doctor, one nurse, and one building. SuccessEHS provides the means to schedule patients across the entire CHC, using rules-based logic to put the right doctor and resources with the patient. SuccessEHS patient scheduling optimizes patient flow by associating appointment needs with the unique resources at each location and particular requests of each physician.
Health Disparities Collaborative and Lifecycles
SuccessEHS provides a dynamic tool for studying and analyzing the effectiveness of chronic-care programs and wellness protocols. The Clinical Event Manager (CEM) helps monitor patient compliance by electronically auditing the patient’s record, while assigning treatment and management protocols to the patient’s chart. The system will alert you to lack of patient compliance. The identification and management process is automated, so you can easily track patient care and measure outcomes.
Dental Billing and Claims
SuccessEHS also provides the necessary tools for dental care and immunization tracking. Dentists use a unique eSuperbill during the patient visit which automates the charge entry process. Immunizations administered to patients are also entered into the system, providing the required information in electronic format to state immunization tracking programs.
Ryan White CARE Act
Title I – IV grantees can easily capture required data to prepare reports on the services provided in the previous year. SuccessEHS eliminates the manual processes for monitoring program participants and generates report data easily. You can confidentially store visit data, risk factors, and program participants for automated reporting.
