Verification of Your Needs and Goals
A cornerstone of SuccessEHS principles, Verification is simply the process we use to ensure that we fully meet your organization's needs and are helping you toward your goals.
Verification starts during the Sales process and is taken up by your Implementation team when your sale is complete. We gather all information we know about you so far, then spend time with you and your staff, learning everything we can about how you do business and what your needs and goals are. This information is then presented back to you in a formal document that you must approve (and /or correct) so that the implementation process can continue.
No implementation can be begun without this important step!
During the implementation and long afterward when you are cared for by our Support team, we will continually update and verify information about your business, needs and goals. In this way we can:
